Nothing special just some books I scanned and worked on that I found of interest.
Thought others may appreciate them.

My first effort -  THE BREAD AND BISCUIT BAKER'S AND SUGAR-BOILER'S ASSISTANT - 1890 - is reposted here as a (zip) file, the copies floating around the net in different formats have lost my original formatting making them, in some cases, more difficult to navigate.  Other sites on the web  have the gall to even put this work up for sale.
Beware of any sites offering E-Books for sale, most are available and in the public domain elsewhere.  As a result of this I have decided not to post anymore OCR'd works.

A TECHNICAL TREATISE OF SOAP AND CANDLES - 1881 - each pdf file is around 6 megs., sorry about that.
